OAKVILLE – United Way Oakville unveiled its new donor management system funded through an Ontario Trillium Grant at this past May 23rd, with help from MPP Kevin Flynn.
United Way Oakville received a grant of $123,100 from the Ontario Trillium Foundation, which fully covered a much needed software upgrade to Andar/360 and is giving them the opportunity to work in partnership with United Way Milton and United Way Halton Hills.
Andar/360 is a donor management system that will not only allow United Way to provide volunteers and donors with critical services, but also exceed industry standards.
“Our new database will allow us to become more efficient at tracking, processing and communicating with both our agencies and donors,” say Brad Park, CEO of United Way Oakville. “It’s also provided us an opportunity to share resources with our neighbouring United Ways throughout Halton.”
This management system will be in effect for the upcoming fall 2013 campaign. It will act as a pivotal tool in achieving United Way Oakville’s mandates and goals to better serve the Oakville community.
“United Way Oakville is a vital organization in our community that provides support to many agencies who make Oakville a wonderful place to live,” says Kevin Flynn, MPP. “This Ontario Trillium Grant will allow United Way Oakville to build a more caring, healthy community.”
