Winter Warmth / LEAP

Do you live in Oakville and need assistance with your Union Gas or Oakville Hydro bill? The Winter Warmth/LEAP program may be able to help you. The program provides small grants to low-income residents that have gas accounts with Union Gas Distribution Company or have hydro accounts with Oakville Hydro. There are a number of eligibility requirements for each utility.

To find out if you qualify, please email Grainne@opnc.ca or call 905-257-6029.

United Way  Oakville thanks the utilities for providing this assistance to Oakville residents. UWO is also extremely appreciative of Oak Park Neighbourhood Centre for making this program a reality.
