Union Counselling Program
The partnership between United Way of Oakville and the Labour Movement has been active for nearly 80 years.
As a part of this partnership, United Way of Oakville provides a customized training program for local union members who would like to serve as a union counsellor in their workplace.
Union counsellors act as a link between the Labour Movement and local social service agencies.
