Community Leadership Giving

What is a Leader?

All change begins with leadership.

Leaders have the power to be instruments of change. They inspire others to create hope for a positive tomorrow. Our Leaders, appreciated for their gifts of $1,000 or more, are passionate about leaving their mark in Oakville by creating lasting change. Being a United Way Leader demonstrates to your community that you are dedicated to make Oakville a great town for everyone.

Double your gift’s impact.

The Sprott Leadership Matching Challenge matches dollar for dollar new and increased leadership gifts to United Way Oakville.* Become a first time Community Leadership donor by increasing your gift from $750 to $1,000 and The Sprott Foundation will match your entire donation, doubling your gift to United Way to $2,000.

Increase your Community Leadership contribution and The Sprott Foundation will match the increased amount. Raise your donation from $5,000 to $7,500 and the increased $2,500 will be matched for a total gift of $10,000!

*not including those gifts designated to other United Ways or registered charities.
